Subversion / Git / DAV / Maven repository access is now working as normal.

The underlying issues we've been seeing for the last few days are no longer present, but we will continue to perform ongoing monitoring.

Further changes have been made to Forge services and appear to have had good effect.

We will continue to monitor.

Identified

Due to the impact of Meltdown change to our infrastructure, the Subversion and DAV (Maven) services have been dramatically slowed.

We are working with our vendor to resolve.
