We have managed to work around most of the negative impacts of the AWS infrastructure changes by aggressively repacking heavily impacted Git repositories.
If your Git repositories are under-performing, then we can repack them on demand (raise a support ticket).
Our long term advice is that you should be migrating your Git repositories to a dedicated hosting provider such as Github or Bitbucket.

Identified
The issues with SVN/DAV repositories have been resolved and stability has returned for at least 12 hours.
However - Git repositories are still impacted at times (their internal architecture is different to SVN/DAV services).
Engineers are reviewing the issue and working with our infrastructure provider to resolve the issue.
